Kindly let me know what is the procedures
for getting promotion in IGATE?
They told me that there will be a written test.
So, kindly tell me about that.

There is no concept called written examination for the promotion of the employee.
Promotion of the employee depends on the performance of the candidate as well as his commitment to the company and the his work.

If he is a high performer and he is dedicated to the company as well as company work, then for sure he will get appraisal as well as promotion.

SO, there is nothing concept for the written examination.
