I came to know that SYNTEL is hiring for the post of Graduate Trainee. I want to join and become such engineer in this company. So, I want to know what is the eligibility criteria to become such engineer in this company?

In order to become a graduate trainee engineer in Syntel, you should have completed your B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA with minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th and graduation/post graduation from a recognized college/university. You should not have any pending backlogs and maximum 1 year of educational gap is allowed. The selection of the candidates depends on the performance in the written examination followed by group discussion and technical and HR interview.

Eligibility Criteria Required to attend SYNTEL Graduate Trainee Recruitment:

The basic eligibility criteria required to attend SYNTEL Graduate Trainee recruitment is as follows.

@ You must have completed any of the following courses in order to be eligible.
* B.E/ B.Tech in Information Technology (or)
* B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science (or)
* Master of Computer Application (MCA)

@ You must have secured minimum 60% marks throughout the academics in order to be eligible. i.e.,
* In 10th class - 60% marks
* In 12th Class - 60% marks
* In Graduation/ Post Graduation - 60% marks

@ You must not have any pending backlogs in order to be eligible and maximum of 1 year break in education is allowed.
