Hello everyone, can anyone of you kindly let me know about the skills which are essentially required to become a Graduate Engineer Trainee in SYNTEL. Please tell me about the necessary skills.

You should have secured minimum 60% marks throughout the academics and must have done B.E/ B.Tech or MCA full time courses.
