I am a fresh admission in btech (IT) what are the criteria for getting a job at google only. I want to get job at google usa.

In order to get a job at Google, you may or may not have a good degree, but you need to have good skill. Recruiters from Google do not look more in to your marks or grades, but they dig in to your innovative skills.

Skills required for getting in to Google:

• Leadership Qualities.

Recently Google has announced that, it is not considering the education qualification as the major eligibility. In order to get in to Google USA, you can go for MS in USA. But even there, above mentioned skills are must.

Since you are a fresh admission in B.Tech (IT) so you need not worry now. This is because the real studies of your branch starts from the second year. And from the second year of your engineering course, you must be serious and work on practical problems. Google is a highly reputed company and one of the best companies in the world to work in. Hence you need to work very hard to achieve it. In your fourth year, Google organizes APAC test wherein participants across the globe take part and the top scorers are called for the interview rounds. If one clears the interview round, one can get employment in Google. Apart from this, you can appear for Google Summer Code Jam contest for internship in Google and if you do great service during internship, Google will directly recruit you.
