Eligibility to get job in Wipro/HCL for a candidate with 71% in 10th, 57% in 12th and 84% in B.Tech(ECE)?


Dear Sir,
Am I eligible to get job in Wipro or HCL as I have got 71% in 10th, 57% in 12th and 84% in B.Tech(ECE)?

No, you are not eligible to job either in HCL or WIPRO. I am extremely sorry to say that you are not eligible to get job in any of the above mentioned companies with less percentage in 12th Class.

The main reason why you are not eligible to get job HCL/ Wipro is due to less marks in 12th Class.

* In 10th Class - 65% marks
* In 12th Class - 65% marks
* In Graduation - 65% marks

>> Minimum Percentage Required to get job in Wipro:

* In 10th Class - 60% marks
* In 12th Class - 60% marks
* In Graduation - 65% marks

As per marks criteria, you are not eligible for HCL recruitment but you are eligible for Wipro recruitment.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Wipro, HCL are,

HCL=60%
Wipro=50%

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two year gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Wipro, HCL recruitment.

Yes, you are eligible for Wipro with the given marks in 10th, 12th and B.Tech degree. The candidates should not have any standing arrears at the time of selection process. The selection process consists of Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Technical Interview and

Regarding HCL you are not eligible as you have scored less than 65% marks in 12th standard. The eligibility to join HCL is that the candidates should have scored over 65% marks in all the academic examinations i.e 10th, 12th and BTech. You should not have any standing backlogs at
