i secured 68% in 10th, 59% in 12th
and 70% in btech in civil engg..
can i get job in dlf company?

The common eligibility criteria asked for top MNC companies coming in for campus placements is as follows,

-> Candidate should have got 60% or more through out studies 10th, 12th and UG/PG degree.

-> There shouldn't be any current backlogs.

-> Good communication and technical skills.

I am afraid that you won't be eligible for most of the companies coming in for campus placement because you have only 59% in your 12th grade but that doesn't mean no company will be there to get the job, it's just the top companies who have this eligibility criteria of 60% marks just to make sure there will be less candidates filtered for the selection process but small companies usually pick candidates with skills and not just with the marks.
