Yes you are eligible for these companies for off campus placement.
As there eligible criteria are-

*65% in 10th board examination.
*65% in 12th board examination.
*70% in B.tech through last semester without any backlogs.

So you can apply for these companies as the off campus placement.

Yes you are certainly eligible to appear in Wipro, Infosys and TCS Campus Recruitment Examinations. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in these recruitments is, "Graduate Degree" or Bachelor Degree from a recognized university. And the allowed disciplines in B.E/ B.Tech are,

Since your marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation are more than 70% marks, I am sure you are certainly eligible to attend the above companies recruitment processes.

Yes, you are eligible for Wipro, TCS and Infosys recruitment.

TCS, WIPRO and Infosys are multinational companies.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for TCS is 60%. whereas, for Infosys it's 65% and for Wipro it's 50%.

You should not have any pending backlog.

Candidates having more than two years gap in throughout the studies are not eligible for TCS, WIPRO and Infosys recruitment.

I have 90% in 10th,94%in inter,and at present I had 60% in b.tech till now without any backlog.Now iam persuing 3-1 sem with ece branch.what should be the percentage I want get at the end of b.tech

For TCS-

1-60% in 10th.
2-60% in 12th.
3-60% through your current semester without any backlogs.

Improvement % will be not consider.

Eligibility for Wipro-

1-55% in 10th.
2-55% in 12th.
3-65% throughout your B.Tech without any current backlogs.
