I am gonna appear for 12th boards this march, may i knw that is b.com honors from a well known university or college adds weightage to company secretary course when it comes to job?? and is private practise possible for a company secretary? plz reply soon

A B.Com from a reputed institution is always useful not only for doing ACS but also for your life as it provides a solid foundation.

However you can pursue ACS immediately after completing 10+2.
Please see the steps below;
1.Foundation Programme
2.Executive Programme
3.Professional Programme

Private practice after completion of ACS is quiet possible in fact very lucrative.
But you need to be very good in corporate law and other relevant laws.
