I am working as a Q.c.chemist in a fertilizer company.I want to do Company secretary or ICWAI course to get higher post in my company.I have no commerce background.so please suggest me better option between these two which I can do it.

It is start from Rs 25000 to Rs 75000.
you can also get a handy salary of 75000 as well in india.

The minimum age required to apply for the program is 17 years. The aspirants must have a good command over English language. Some of the institutes offering the programs are ICSI New Delhi; ICSI-SIRC House, Chennai etc. After the program you can work in financial firms, private companies and banks. The job covers arranging meetings, recording decisions and collecting information.

A candidate needs to clear 3 stages to qualify as Company Secretary and these are:
1.Foundation Course
2.Intermediate Course
3.Final Course
Intelligent and smart Company Secretary can hope to start his career with a monthly remuneration of Rs.20,000 - Rs.25,000. However, for an ordinary candidate, a monthly salary of Rs.10, 000 is almost guaranteed.

Do CS as there is a part of Accounts, which you can pass through the help of coching, however, the remaining part depends on the part of Law. If you are able to memories things heartly. then you can succede in CS profession as these requires a lot of knowledge in the feild of LAW.

There are two session generally in a year for C.S.

So for June,2012 session you have to fill up the form on 30th September,2011.

And the December,2012 session you have to fill up the form on 31th March,2012.

if student is graduate/post graduate than there is no need to qualify the foundation level of the courses.

Average Student can easily do CWA or CS.

what is needed is just that student should be regular in his/her studies.

If any Average Student study DAILY 2 hours SERIOUSLY than

He/She can achieve his/her target easily.

These course are not at all difficult only thing is that they demand regular studies.

plus

you can take coaching which provide lot of help if taken from good institutions.

lot of CWA and CS student take coaching for subject for help in studies and

maintaining the regularity of their studies.

CWA and CS also provide oral coaching to their students.

They (CWA,CS) have around 100 center COACHING CENTERS of their own in INDIA.

As all the student are unable to attend the CWA or CS coaching

So they's why they arrange Private Coaching for them self.
