The salary split up for FCI Manager is as follows,

Basic Pay - 16,400

Dearness Allowance (@567%) - 9,299

Fringe Benefit (40%) - 6,560

Newspaper Reimbursement - 90

Productivity Linked Incentive - 525

Employer Contribution to CPF/EPS - 3,084

Employer Contribution to Gratuity - 1,071

Encashable Leave - 2,142

Total without HRA - Rs. 39,171

The above figures might vary for this year and it is the same for the post Manager-Technical, Manager-Depot, Manager-Accounts, Manager-General and Manager-Movement.
