SEARCHING JOB AFTER COMPLETING ENGINEERING:

There are 3 ways which you can follow up to search a job after your Engineering which are as follows,

-> Off-campus placement: There are many companies who come in to colleges for taking candidates via off-campus. So, make sure that you have contact with friends who are from different colleges in your area which will help you to get the information on off-campus placement if any. Usually off-campus placement will not be announced over online so it purely depends on you of how you get along with your friends circle to pull in the information on the same. Make use of FB, Linkedn if you thinking how to enlarge your friends circle.

-> Fresher referral: This can be done by the employees who are working in companies already. Just prepare your resume and send it to all your friends, relatives and siblings who work in different companies of your interest and ask them to forward your resume if any fresh referral turns up. Fresher referral is purely internal to the company so only the employees who are already part of the company can help in doing this.

-> Search job via online: It's one of the universal and the most used way for getting a job. The reason getting a job is a big problem these days is because of the increasing competition and the only way to overcome this is how smart you are to get the information on the jobs and apply to them before 1000 do it. There are many job portal sites available online which will help you to get the information on freshers vacancy. CLICK HERE!! to get to know about some latest jobs available after Engineering.
