How should I get job in Government sector having secured 86.8% in 10th, 83% in 12th and 73.14% in BE and working in IT for the past one year?


Hi,

i'm working in IT for the past one year(2010-2011). Now i want to try for government jobs. I secured 86.8%, 83% and 73.14% in 10th, 12th and B.E respectively.
How should i try for government sector?

Hello Friend,
With good academic track record you can apply for several written test conducted by several departments of government of India. As you have not stated the choice of your job so suggesting you certain points which will be of help to you.To get a government job register yourself in govt employment exchange and Govt Jobs in India. You will be notified when vacancies are available as per your qulification. You can sit for the written test conducted by SSC and UPSC. Pls Keep yourself updated by following the following website for vacancies, www.upsc.gov.in , www.employmentnews.gov.in. Also there are lots of vacancies in govt job and for all the jobs you have to appear for written test. keep track about the dates of filling of forms and written test. Employment news will be of immense help to you.

After passing the engineering you can join govt. job like:-
> I.A.S
> DEFENCE SERVICES
> RAILWAYS
> B.H.E.L
> D.R.D.O
> O.N.G.C
etc
