The new pattern for CTS recruitment 2015 in Chennai:-

Test-Section I/Arithmetic Reasoning and Analytical Thinking
25 minutes 15 questions
Test-Section II/ Mathematical critical thinking and Logical reasoning
35 minutes 10 questions
Test Section III/Test of communicative English
35 minutes 40 questions

CTS has given the major portion of the recruitment responsibility to Aspiring Minds - a third party which will take the online written test followed by technical interview. HR interview and technical interview of few students will be taken by CTS employees working in the HR department.

As per the new recruitment process, there are three rounds in the recruitment process of CTS.

- Online written test consisting of questions from general aptitude and verbal ability.
- Technical Interview comprising questions from your domain, programming, projects, internships, training and certification courses.
- HR interview comprising basic HR questions to test your communication skill and attitude.
