Any one please tell me latest tcs pattern...whether all questions are different from previous paper? What kind of book we must follow?Is there any verbal section in tcs?

PREVIOUS YEAR MODEL PAPERS AND PATTERN OF TCS APTITUDE TEST:

I have attached some of the previous year model papers of TCS aptitude test in this post for your reference. Go through it and try to understand the pattern and type of questions asked and prepare for them accordingly.

There are N number of books available in the market which would help you to prepare for the Aptitude round, among those only one stands out of the crowd which is none other than R.S.Agarwal Aptitude book. Just buy that one alone and start your preparation.

The previous year pattern followed for TCS aptitude test is as follows,

-> 35 questions in 80 minutes. (Negative mark applicable for every wrong answer)

Note: That the pattern which was followed before might change at anytime. So, make sure that you are prepared with all the aptitude topics in order to tackle it in whichever it would be asked.

The new pattern for TCS recruitment 2014:-

Test-Section I/Arithmetic Reasoning and Analytical Thinking
25 minutes 15 questions
Test-Section II/ Mathematical critical thinking and Logical reasoning
35 minutes 10 questions
Test Section III/Test of communicative English
35 minutes 40 questions
