I have a computer institute named WEST BENGAL COMPUTER ACADEMY Which is ISO Certified & TM Registered. Is it necessary to get the NCT Registration to provide the certificate?If yes then please send me the details to get it.

Yes, every institute need a certificate in order to run their institute properly. And this certificate is being issued by the Government organization and it can be obtained as NCT registration only that you have mentioned in your questions.

Since, you are not getting any issue although you don't have any NCT certification for your institute but in future you are not sure that it won't happen.

So, in order to run your business without any intervention, you must have NCT certification.
As no one want to get involved in such government issues, which if happens then takes year to get resolved.

So better to have NCT Certification.
