Some of the major and mandatory skills that are required for an IT Infra Service Desk Administrator are given below.

<> You should have TIS Service Desk Skills and Infra SD Remote user and must be good at Device Management.

<> Besides these skills, you should have good communication skills and excellent language skills in English (Writing and verbal).

<> You should have knowledge in Service Now (ticketing tool) and must be able to handle the incidents.
