Bell boy’s main responsibilities are:
Handle guest arrival and departure baggage effectively.
Cleaning, dusting, sweeping of front office areas.
Delivering messages and newspapers to guest rooms and other departments.

Peon’s main responsibilities are:
Office related outdoor work.
Handling couriers and letters from one office to other.
Attending guest.
Cleaning, dusting and preparing tea.

Butler’s main responsibilities are:
Maintaining the operations of the house hold.
Supervision of service vendors.
Receiving guests.
Maintaining household security.
Arranging table for serving meals.
Assisting cooking and serving meals and drinks to guests.
Managing housekeeping duties.
