I have got placement in IGATE as Software Engineer.
I would like to know that what kind of performance
I have to do in this company for getting
post of Senior Software Engineer?
And also tell me the salary of Senior
Software Engineer.

Since, you have been appointed as a Software Engineer in the iGate. So, you need to wait for a year to be promoted as a senior Software Engineer. Because, it takes a time for getting promoted. And your promotion is based on your work Quality and management Quality.
