VIRTUSA Organisation is selecting the candidates through following rounds
1)Written Exam
2)Technical Interview
3)HR Interview

Written Exam:-
Written is based on following Sections
1)Verbal ability
2)Analytical and logical Reasoning
3)C and Data Structures
4)Learning Capability
5)Attention to Detail
Attention to Detail means there will be some be confusing problems related to numbers patterns, Symbols, etc. from which you have to find out exact answers.

Technical Interview:-
In Technical Interview, they will ask questions related to C, Java and some other programming languages. So, you have to be through with basics of programming languages with which you are familiar.

HR Interview:-
In this round, there will be casual conversation between you and HR. You have to very confident during this round.

VIRTUSA SELECTION PROCEDURE:

There are 3 rounds followed for Virtusa selection which are as follows,

-> Written Test.

-> Technical Interview.

-> HR interview.

The previous year pattern followed for the written test is as follows,

-> Analytical Reasoning.

-> English Grammar.

-> C and Data Structures.

I have attached some of the previous year model papers of Virtusa written test in this post for your reference. Check it and try to find out the flow and type of questions followed and prepare for the same accordingly.

Once you have cleared the written test you will be called for the technical interview where questions will be based on your core subjects which you have studied from 2nd year. Make sure that you brush through all the basics so that you can easily clear this round. After technical interview you will be called for HR interview where the questions will be asked in common and if you are good at your communication skills then you can easily clear this round. I have attached some of the other preparation materials in this post which would help you to prepare for the topics. Go through it if needed.
