You can study a diploma or post graduation in Mass Communication after completion of degree to become a Radio Jackie (RJ). Apart from educational qualification, you should be more flexible and creative. You should stay focused and should have a very good sense of humor. You should have good general knowledge and awareness. You should be confident and have a positive attitude. RJ is one of the fastest growing jobs. Many radios opened in the metros. People with good voice can apply for the RJ post. The candidate should be talkative to become an RJ.

To become a RJ you have to apply for Post graduation in Mass communication or Diploma in Mass communication. Along with the degree you must have good communication skills. You should be aware of current affairs. You must have good confidence while talking. You should be talkative. Your voice should be attractive. If you have above qualities than you will become a good RJ.
