I want to know about off-campus Mphill cause..., is it can undergone just like other post-graduation causes? Will I be able to get the job after completion the course or not? Do I need to do some extra course? Can you please let me know on the same?

We are not getting what you want to ask, but based on your some of the statement catch we came to know that you are asking about your eligibility to get into any job and the course that you might have to go for in order to get job.
So, if you have done MPhill then you have not to go for the further course as this is more than sufficient.
And also, to get job you must post your resume on the job portal, with proper format. You will start getting call from the employers.
