Combined Medical Service Examination is also conducted by UPSC. The exam offers jobs to those doctors who want to be a part of the Government Health facilities. The various Government organizations for which these candidates are recruited include Indian Railways, Ordnance Factories Health Service, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Central Health Service and other such government organizations. There are three stages of examination, written exam after that an interview and finally medical examination. The written exam has two papers of 200 marks each. The time duration for each paper is 2 hours. The questions are all multiple option type. The candidates have to answer only write option otherwise 1/3rd of the marks allotted for that question will be deducted from the total score.
