NET Geography (Paper III) Paper is of 200 marks and has various types of questions in it various sections. The paper is to be written in 2 and half hours only. The paper has 4 sections in it. The first section has 2 long essay type questions of 20 marks each. Both these questions in this section are compulsory and are of 20 marks each. The second section has 3 questions of 15 marks each, and is to be answered in 300 words only. The third section has 9 questions of 10 marks each, to be answered within 50 words only. The last section has a passage in it and 5 questions are framed on the basis of that passage. Every question is of 5 marks and is to be answered within 30 words.
