The minimum education required to pursue B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree course is a Class 12th in any discipline from a recognised board of education.

So, having completed your Class 12th in Arts stream even four years ago, you are eligible for admission to B.A. (Hons.) degree course in most of the universities such as University of Delhi, Bihar University, Universities under CUCET, etc. where there is no maximum age limit for admission to undergraduate degree course.

Yes, you can very much get admission in BA course after 4 years and 24 months of gap, there is no such problem in it.

You will have to however appear for an admission test and then you will be most eligible to get admission and can continue with your studies further.

Yes you are eligible to get admission in bachelor's degree B.A.
If you are 12th passed with recognized board you are eligible to get admission in B.A. course.
