Admission in BSc after a gap of 7 years for a 25 years old 12th Manipur Board Science candidate?

Hi everyone, I have studied 12th Science from Manipur State Board. I completed my study 7 years ago. After that I was doing a part time job. Now I am 20 years old. I am interested in doing BSc now. I am eligible for BSc admission?
