My son join class 8th on apr2014. And his date of birth is 28-04-2003
can he apear in 9th class exam in 2015. 9th class rigstrtion age limite is 13 year

There is no specific age limit required to appear for 9th standard examinations. But, to appear for 10th standard board examinations, your son must have attained the minimum age of 14-15 years. Since, your son was born in 2003, he will be 11 years old till now and at the time of completion of 8th standard he will attain the age of 12-13 years and at the time of completion of 10th standard, he will attain the age of 14-15 years. So, he will be eligible to appear for 9th and 10th standard final examinations.
