Can I appear for 12th CBSE after failing 11th CBSE? Can I take admission in other school for 12th standard CBSE?

No, it is not possible to get admission in 12th standard, if you have failed in your 11th standard. So, first you have to clear all the subjects in your 11th standard, then you are eligible to get admission in 12th standard.

I am afraid you cannot change your school for 12th after failing in 11th class. If you want you can change school and re-appear your class 11. Rules for class 11 and 12 are very strict everywhere and you cannot just talk it out.
Besides, your class 11 is an important phase in you academics too. Even from entrance examinations point of view class 11 syllabus is given high weight-age. It is for the best that you re-appear class 11 in your school or another one and improve your studies.
