i have taken 11th arts with mathematics
but not physics and want to join
nda exam so can i still get the
chance to join nda and
air force i m curious?

NDA examinations have three categories:

1. Army Academy
2. Navy Academy
3. Airforce Academy

In the above mentioned categories you are only eligible to appear for Army Academy and that too after completing your 12th.

Educational Qualification:

For Army Academy: Minimum qualification is 12th pass from any recognised University(no minimum percentage required).
For Navy and Airforce Academy: Candidate should have completed 12th standard in Science with Physics and Mathematics as a main subject in 12th board Examination.

NDA National Defense Academy entrance examination is conducted for the following wings Army wing, Air Force and Naval Wings. As you have not taken Physics in 10 + 2 qualification you are not eligible to appear for NDA Air Force and Naval Wings examination. Because to be eligibel for Air Force wing, you must have passed 12th class of the 10+2 School education pattern with “Physics, Mathematics” or its equivalent examination. And with arts in 11th class and 12th you may appear for NDA Army Wing entrance exam, because the basic educational qualification needed is “only 12th class pass from recognized university”.

For Army Wing of NDA - You are eligible
For Air Force and Naval Wings - You are NOT eligible

So you may apply for NDA Army wings examination, and must have the age limit between 16.5 years to 19 years. Only unmarried male aspirants are eligible to appear for this NDA examination. So with 11th arts you may appear for NDA Army Wing examination.

You have not physics subject in 12th board so you are eligible for NDA exam but only in Indian Army post.

NDA stands for National Defence Service Exam. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings-Indian Air Force ,Indian Navy and Indian Army

Candidates who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam. Final year of 12th standard candidates are also eligible for NDA exam.

Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Female candidate's are not eligible for NDA exam.

Written Examination will be divided into 2 parts-

Mathematics-300 marks.
General ability Test- 600 marks.

Total time duration for 2 papers is 300 min .

General Ability Test -

English 200 marks
General Knowledge 400 marks
