Is Council of higher secondary education, Delhi a valid board to get affiliation for study centre?


I have a study centre; I want to take affiliation from council of higher secondary education, delhi.head office -bakaro steel city, Jharkhand. Is it valid board or not? Or approved by board of education?

Council of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi(operated from Bokaro, Jharkhand) is a fake Council, and it is non-recognised. So it is advisable to refrain from taking affiliation from such institution. Also make necessary propaganda to make more people aware of it.
