Now I am appearing for NIOS 12th PCB then I want to apply for the GUJCET.
Kindly let me know I am eligible to apply for GUJCET or not?

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) releases the notification for the medical students of Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET).

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidate must have attained the age of 17 years.

* Candidate should have passed 12th with PCB as main subject from any recognized institution or board.

* Candidate should have minimum percentage of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.

So, the candidates who passed their 12th standard from NIOS board are also eligible to apply for this exam.

To be eligible to appear in GUJCET examination, you must have completed your 12th standard or equivalent in science stream from a recognised board such as ICSE/CBSE/ State Board. Eligibility criteria required to appear in GUJCET examination is mentioned below :-

1. You must have completed 12th standard or equivalent from a government recognized education board.

2. You must be in between 17 to 25 years of age.

Yes you are eligible for GUJCET as if you complete your 12th standard from a well recognized board either it is a state board or it is a National Open or Central board.

Eligibility required for applying in GUJCET are:-

1. Candidate must score at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
2. Candidate must have completed his/her 12th standard in science stream.
3. Candidate must have completed his/her 12th standard, from a recognized state or central education board.

Student who has passed 12th from NIOS is eligible to apply for GUJCET.

All the candidates who have passed 12th class from any recognised board are eligible to apply for GUJCET. NIOS is a well recognised board so candidates from NIOS can also apply for GUJCET.

Yes, you can very much apply for GUJCET examination after having cleared your 12th standard from NIOS board. However, below I have mentioned the eligibility criteria for GUJCET. Kindly have a look.

Eligibility:

> Aspirants must have cleared their 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized board

> Aspirants should have studied science at their +2 level

> Aspirants must have scored a minimum of 50% in their 12th board examination.

Eligibility to apply for GUJCET Exam :

>> You should complete 10+2 from the recognized university with minimum percentage of marks from the recognized University.

>> Need to have Science stream in 12th .

>> Any candidate should complete 12th from the recognized board whether it might be " distance or regular " mode.

College should be recognized by state level board or CBSE board.

Exam Scheme :

>> This consists of 3 sections and for 120 marks ( 180 min ). And this exam consists of 3 sections namely

* Physics

* Chemistry

* Biology .

Yes you are absolutely eligible for the GUJCET test because main criteria for the test is that you must hold 12th passing certificate from any recognized board and NIOS (National Institute of open Schooling) is an recognized board by government of India so in that manner you are eligible for each state or national level test which was conducted for 12th class students

Can a 12th Nios pass student get admission in all medical colleges in Gujarat through gujcet?

Sir/mam I'm from gujarat and I have completed my 12th with nios and in college state board is given more priority at time of admission then cbse I want to know nios is come in which quota cbse or state board
