I am in 12th non medical I want to get 90 percent plus marks in 12 board. Is ncert books of pcm sufficient foR this.......please tell me AT THE EARLIEST

Yes. You can achieve success in the board exams by using the NCERT Class 12 Math Books. But you have to finish every exercise and understand the theorems. Do not exclude any topics from the CBSE 12th Mathematical syllabus either. Also, you have to practice very well to score well in exams.

As far as the concepts and syllabus of the board examination are concerned NCERT books are quite sufficient to prepare for this examination but you need to practice a lot more questions based on the question pattern of this examination to get yourself acquainted with the questions asked in this examination.

For practicing more questions after thoroughly going through the NCERT books, you should refer to the past year's papers, sample papers, and NCERT Exemplar for boosting your preparation level.
