Is it possible to change school after completing 11th class in cbse board in same city?

Yes, you can change to another school after the completion of your 11th standard. But, you should join in a school, which is also affiliated to CBSE board. To get admission in that school, you should submit following documents.
1. 11th pass certificate
2. Transfer certificate from present school
3. Bonafide from present school

Can I repeat 11th class by changing stream and school and which document has submit for to do it?

Yes, you can repeat class 11th if you want to change your school and stream.
In order to change your school you have to visit to that school in which you want to get admission.
You have to fill an application form. After follow the whole process for getting admission , you need to submit transfer certificate and class 10th mark sheet.
