Can we get admission for 12 class to another school after completing 11?

What procedure to follow?

You can get admission in 12th in another School after 11th standard.

You have to choose best school of your stream to do 12th standard.

To get admission in another School:-

You have to take 11th passing certificate from your school.

There is also requirement of Migration certificate or Transfer certificate.

Yes, you can change to another school after the completion of your 11th standard. But, you should join in a school, which is affiliated to the same board under which you have completed your 11th standard. To get admission in a new school, you should submit your application form along with following documents, at the admission office of new school
1. 11th pass certificate
2. Transfer certificate from present school
3. Bonafide from present school
