Certainly to become an architect you have to opt for the science stream. Also you cannot apply unless you have studied Physics and Maths during 12th standard. After 12th standard or during 12th standard you need to appear for the engineering entrance exam like AIEEE. Along with this to pursue the architecture stream you need to take the NATA exam too. Admission will be based on the score in both these exams.

No , you need not to take SCIENCE subjects but yes Mathematics is a subject without which you can not become eligible for Architect.

Architect deals with planning and design of building and structure.

Architect is a professional who create house , or any other building according to the requirement of the client.

A bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) required to become a qualified architect.


Minimum eligibility for doing Architecture course is 10+2 with maths as main subject From recognized board with at least 50% to 60% marks.

However Some institutions may demand Physics and Chemistry with Maths subjects in 10+2 class .

Many State and National level Examination are conduct for Architecture course.

you can apply in these Entrance examination and get selected for B.Arch Course.

Some NATIONAL LEVEL examination are AIEEE , IIT - JEE and NATA examination.

its very important

so opt yourself in 11th in MATHS with your optional subject...

HI!
If you want to become Architect then you opt Physics and maths in 11th and 12th.

Friend for this you have to pass 12th with minimum 60% marks.
For ST/SC candidate minimum 55% marks is require.
