I am a student studying in 11th now. I am a single girl child. I have heard that there is any merit scholarship for students like me (specifically females). So i want to confirm if it is true? Kindly give me an answer.

Yes, there is Single Girl Child Scholarship by MHRD.

The eligibility to apply for the scholarship is :-

Candidate must have passed 10th from recognised board.

Candidate must have minimum 6.2 CGPA or above 60% in 10th examination.

Candidate must be only child of there parents and must be girl.
