No there is no special quota for NIOS Students in Private Colleges.
You will be treated equally just like any other candidate during the process of admission and you need to make sure that you have the required marks to get admission to the Private Colleges.
Once you have the required marks you will be eligible for admission.

No, there is no special quota for NIOS students in private colleges.
Eligibility of NIOS students are as same as regular students.
Candidate must have passed 12th class from any recognised university to get admission in graduation course in private colleges.

NIOS stands for National institute of open schooling.

The candidate's who has passed from NIOS board are eligible to apply admission in some of the institutes which accepts NIOS pass certificate.

There were no special quota available in private or government college for admission.

There isn't any special quota based on the kind of board from which you study. You will be treated as same candidate like other boards.

The only quota which is available during admission is based on the domicile and other reservation categories.

No there is no special quota for the NIOS students but have given the same preferences as they give to the other students. The criteria for admission in any universities across the nation is as follows :

* The candidate must have completed his education from a recognized board under the scheme of 10+2 at least.

* The candidate must have possessed at least 50% marks in the 12th.

* In some of the universities, the minimum percentage criteria is not there.

* The candidate must have attained an age of 17 years at the time of admission.

If you fulfill the above said criteria then you can definitely go for graduation and be sure of one thing that NIOS is a recognized board by all the universities and have the same value as the other boards of education.
