Respected Sir, I want to know the age required for admission in LKG from CBSE board? What is the age limit for admission? Please answer as soon as possible.

For LKG admission, age should be above 3 years. Children having age below 3 will not be allowed to get admission. There is no relaxation of any kind.

Rules are same for every board. There is no different age criteria for admission in LKG for different boards.

The minimum age limit required for admission in the above mentioned standard in CBSE board is that the candidate should have achieved the minimum age of 3 years and 6 months. You can apply for admission only after that.

As per the guidelines set by CBSE eligible age to take admission in an LKG class is a minimum of 3 years and 6 months.

In the CBSE schools the general rule followed for admission in LKG is that the child should have attained the age of 3-1/2 years as on 1st June of the respective year. This rule is not very strict in the sense that the school administration can relax it to anything between 3 to 4 years
