Dear Sir, my son is studied till 8th standard in Goa. We are the permanent residents of Goa. But we are now in Maharashtra. He is studying in 12th standard right now. So, he will get the domicile of Maharashtra or not?

For domicile certificate of any state, you need to have a residence in that state along with all the required documents. If you are a resident of Goa then you must be having domicile of that state with you.

One person can not get domicile of two states at the same time even if they are having a residence at both the places. Hence, you can not get Maharashtra domicile at the moment.
