Respected Sir, my brother is studying in 10th standard at Warangal from ICSE Board. But he is weak in studies so I am planning to register him with an NIOS Board for 10th Board exam. So, NIOS Board is available in Warangal or not?

NIOS (The National Institute of Open Schooling) offers its courses through an Open and distance learning mode of education popularly known as Open Schooling. NIOS has introduced online admission throughout the year 24*7 where a student can register by themselves. NIOS conducts two public examinations in one academic year first is in April - May and the second is in October - November.
