By the qualifications wise you are eligible since you had done the graduation while for TET the minimum qualifications required is you must be graduated but on the basis of percentage or by the percentage wise you are not eligible because the minimum percentage required for TET Examinations is 50% while you have 40% but if you are under the caste you have some concessions and may you get the chance For TET Examinations,
You must visit your state TET Site for the percentage required for caste or for more informations.
