No, you are not eligible for M.Tech. Engineering degree is the basic qualification required. M.Sc holders in certain subjects can also apply. You can try for higher study options like B.Tech or MCA. After completing any of these courses, you can attend GATE.

No chance , you are not eligible to apply for Master of Technology (M.Tech) and duration of course is 2 years ( divided into 4 semesters ) .

>> Basic required qualification is that the candidate has completed engineering degree(B.E/B.Tech) or post degree(MCA/M.Sc) from a recognized University .

>> You must secure at least 60% marks in your examination .

>> After completing the MCA or M.Sc or B.E you are eligible to apply for the M.Tech course .

>> So first complete the any of above mentioned course . According to my MCA suits you because you are already completed BCA course .

After completing Master course , you can get the admission through Management Quota OR Entrance examination like GATE Examination .

Note :: GATE Stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and this examination is conducted by Indian Institute of Technology Once in a year .

After B.C.A. at first you have to pursue B.Tech. or M.C.A. degree and then only you can pursue M.Tech. degree.Because only B.Tech. and M.C.A. degree holders are eligible for M.Tech.
So I think first go for M.C.A. after B.C.A. and then you will easily get chance in M.Tech.
Some of the better universities which you could look for admission are: PU, LPU, VIT, AMU; which offer good education. Just visit their website for details regarding admission process.

Sorry you are not eligible,
One must have scored 60% in their qualified degree:
Engineering
MCA
MSC
valid Gate in MA

I suggest you to go for MCA.
All the best.
