Can I apply for job in primary teacher in government school in Delhi? I am 36 years old


I'm 36 years old. Can I apply for the job of primary teacher in government schools in delhi. What are the rules regarding these jobs right now i.e. March 2013 and what are the vacancies available right now. What is the procedure to apply for these jobs

I have done b.tech but my real interest is to become a teacher in govt. School ..so i want to confirm what is the exact process to become a govt. School teacher

Yes , you are eligible to become primary teacher .for that you should have appeared CTET exam

* CTET Eligibility :
- senior secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of diploma in elementary education.

OR

- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing B. Ed .

* CTET Exam pettern :
- Childe delopment and pedagogy : 30 questions , 30 marks
- Maths : 30 questions , 30 marks
- environmental studies : 30 questions , 30 marks
- Language I : 30 questions , 30 marks
- Language II : 30 questions , 30 marks

* CTET Important Dates :
- starting of application procedure : 22 June 2016
- Last date if application :18 July 2016
- Downloading admit cards : 17 August 2016
- CTET exam date : 18 September 2016
