What are the job placement after bsc physics hons

i am doing an m.sc degree in physics.i want a high career or a higf salary job but i dont want to do phd because i think its too lengthy and embarassing.tell me what is my scope.is there any exam or company that gives job on basis of physics? you can advice me to my email [email protected]
