MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery.

This course is being offered by various colleges,the duration of the course is 5 1/2 years and there are certain criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for the course.

The needed qualification needed is that the candidate must have completed +2 from a recognized school board of education with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects and with 50% aggregate.And the other thing to be noted is that the candidate must have 17 years of age.

As you have mentioned that you have completed Physiotherapy course which is a UG course and for which the qualification needed is completed +2,it makes sense that you will have exceeded the age limit needed for applying for doing the MBBS course at this stage.

So,you cannot join in MBBS course.

Can I do MBBS after physiotherapy if so how many years have to spend and how much it is

I want to join mbbs but I'm in third year bpt and still 20 years old .so is there any lateral entry to mbbs or should i attend any exams for admission in lateral entry in India or abroad.please guide me..
