m satyam.i m read in 12 commerce.
i passed my 10th with 8.6 grade.i need a job urgently.
plz tell me if any private jobs i get.

Any job will require a basic degree these days. You can look for some private jobs with your +2 qualification.
But these jobs will be mainly available in your locality only. You can approach some big enterprises like retail stores, mobile shops, textile showrooms etc.
You can look for data entry positions in small organizations. If you want to get a good job with High salary package then I suggest you to pursue for Graduation. Being a 12th standard you can apply for State Government exams and UPSC exam as well.
