Yes, you are eligible to appear in JELET examination after completion of Diploma in Civil Engineering course from a recognised university. Diploma holders have to pass Diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) to be eligible to appear for JELET examination. There is no age restriction for diploma holders of Engineering to be eligible to appear for JELET examination. By qualifying JELET examination, you can get direct admission in second year of four years B.Tech course.
