B.com (Taxation) and B.com (Honours) both the courses are related to the commerce field. If you have completed your 10+2 or equivalent course from the recognized board with one of the subjects like Maths, Economics, Accountancy or Business study then you are eligible for both the courses.

B.Com (Taxation) => It generally covers the study of principle of economic theory, financial planning and accounting related syllabus. As the name suggest it is mainly focused on the 'Taxation' means it is related to those people who earn taxable amount. In short B.Com (Taxation) is mainly focused on the specialized subjects which are related to taxation only, apart from the normal B.Com subjects.

B.Com (Honours) => It is an undergraduate accounts related course in commerce branch. B.Com (Honours) covers the study of Accountancy and Economics, Banking system and Business study. But, the main thing which differ it from other B.com course is, in B.Com (Honours) you can specialized in particular subject and can study in deep. Like if you have selected B.Com (Honours) Economics then you have to study this subject in deep like Micro Economics & Macro Economics.

So, both the courses have same value but the specialization is different. So just select which you prefer most and don't worry about future.
