how too join a military school after 9 class

You cannot join a military school after 9th class and because at that young an age the only chance of getting into the army is via giving the NDA entrance exam.
The eligibility on the basis of age to be able to appear for the NDA exam is between 16.5-19.
Being in 9th standard I assume you are 14 or 15 years old.
Also to get selected via the NDA you must also be 10th pass with a minimum percentage of 60% in your board exams.
I think you should start preparing form now on for the NDA exam as it is tough and you should also focus on your 10th standard board exams as well at the same time.
