The basic qualification required to join the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is a pass in 12th standard with not less than 50% of marks from a recognized university. Only science stream students are eligible to apply for Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.

- SVNIRTAR NIOH Common Entrance Test,
- Manipal University Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Entrance Exam,
- All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AIIPMR),

The respective university carries out an admission test and the selection of candidates is done on the base of their performance in this examination. The cut off marks required for Bachelor of Occupational Therapy differs from college to college. The entrance exam result will be published in official website and respective college notice board.
