What are the managerial fields that a B.Tech graduate could go through? What all qualities does she need? Is this B.Tech degree is only needed for the same?

The course you have studied is a Technical course i.e. B.Tech, if you want to pursue your career in managerial field then you has to study MBA in Human Resources or any other specialization in MBA. The MBA in Human Relations is best suited for female candidates. You can study the course in many universities in India. The duration of the course is 2 years. You need to clear the entrance examination to get a seat in the good business school. You can get a job in the managerial field after the course. You should be very good in communication and interpersonal skills. All the organizations have the HR team, so you can get a job if you studied the course in a good college.
